Project information
The visual identity for Ubuntu Fristali, the merchandising division of music label Laboratório Fantasma, is connected to Brazilian people.
The African term “Ubuntu” (“I am what I am for who we are”) and vernacular typography were the basis on which the new look was formed. Ink and brush were used to design an identity with unique characteristics that had a connection with the Brazilian popular visual communication culture.
Due to internal reasons, the project was not implemented.
